General Operations Manager

Specifically, the Petitioner proposed she would "steer the enterprise" utilizing her prior experience "in international purchasing, supplier sourcing, administrative and financial management, human resources management, financial planning and reporting, strategic leadership, health and safety management, accounting, and software proficiency."

The petitioner initially proposed to work as a general and operations manager to advise U.S. companies on planning, directing, and coordinating operations, especially for international business. Later, in response to an RFE, the petitioner proposed to operate her own consulting company offering international relations, foreign trade, and business development consulting services, aiming to create value chains between Turkey and the United States.

The petitioner proposes to open a U.S. subsidiary of his foreign company, specializing in offering cleaning solutions and producing cleaning chemical products such as detergents, disinfectants, skin care moisturizers, serums, and hair shampoo for industrial, residential, and service sectors.
